Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in lodge or hotel management
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality operations
• Experience in financial reporting and staff management
• Relevant hospitality or business management qualification

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Guest-focused with hands-on approach
