About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue for our luxury lodge and hotel offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or luxury sales and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and private guests. This role requires a results-oriented mindset and excellent negotiation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in line with the lodge’s growth strategyMaintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and high-net-worth clientsPromote luxury lodge experiences through presentations, site visits, and digital channelsAchieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goalsCoordinate with operations and guest relations teams to ensure seamless guest experiencesTrack and report sales metrics, pipeline, and performanceStay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality sales, preferably in luxury lodges or hotels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Marketing (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of luxury travel market trends
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills
