We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee solar energy projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical knowledge of solar systems, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.This role is critical for the successful delivery of renewable energy solutions while maintaining safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of solar projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceManage project risks, issues, and changes proactivelyEnsure adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental standardsPrepare regular reports on project status, budget, and performance for management and clientsLiaise with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and resolve issuesCollaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing technical or renewable energy projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in solar project management, construction, or electrical installations
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
