A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Building Foreman to lead and manage the construction of a new high-end residential home valued at R20 million in the scenic Noordhoek area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for the full duration of the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, labour teams, and all site operations.
• Ensure top-quality workmanship in line with luxury residential standards.
• Daily planning, scheduling, and site logistics management.
• Enforce health & safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, compliant site.
• Manage material orders, deliveries, plant, and stock control.
• Conduct daily site reports, progress updates, and meetings with management.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and the client to ensure design accuracy.
• Monitor timelines, quality, and costs to ensure the project meets deadlines and budget.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively.

Requirements 

• Minimum 5–10 years experience as a Building Foreman on high-end residential homes.
• Proven track record managing luxury builds or projects above R10m+.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex building plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Hands-on, detail-driven, and highly organised.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional finishes.
