Are you seeking career opportunities as an HR Generalist in the Western Cape? Then this opportunity might be for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, talent management, HR administration, as well as industrial relations (Bargaining Council/CCMA). Knowledge of South African labour law is essential!

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

§ Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management and/or Industrial Labour Relations studies

§ 5+ years’ HR Generalist experience with experience representing the company at the Bargaining Council/CCMA

§ Minimum 5 years technical experience in a similar role
