We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to manage on-site network and ISP support, perform precise Copper & Fibre installations, and maintain strong client relationships. Role is based in Midrand and require a candidate from the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve daily on-site support tickets within SLA timeframes
• Conduct site surveys and provide detailed technical reports
• Perform new installations neatly and professionally
• Maintain client relations and provide basic training after installations
• Manage stock, travel claims, and reporting accurately

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Telecommunications or IT in a similar position
• Own reliable, insured transport and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Self-motivated, honest, and adaptable
