Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to customers and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the front desk
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
