Our South African division is currently recruiting for an Agent to join our Debt Administration Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of administration regarding Debt Review Applications, negotiating payment arrangements, updating records, all whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation such as the National Credit Act (NCA) and adherence to the Debt Counselling Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process debt review applications in compliance with the National Credit Act.
• Liaise with Debt Counsellors and clients to negotiate payment plans and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate client records and handle all related documentation and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, issue statements, and escalate unresolved accounts as needed.
• Administer paid-up accounts and process refunds to clients and Debt Counsellors.
• Ensure compliance with POPIA, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet all deadlines with urgency and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
• Demonstrated knowledge on National Credit Act, Debt Review processes and rules.
• Exceptional performance and attendance record with Unifi.
• Proficient in Google workspace.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
