A leading private trauma facility in Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Unit Manager to lead their fast-paced Trauma Unit. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, organised, and able to lead effectively in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

·         Registered Nurse with SANC

·         Post basic Trauma qualification essential

·         Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management advantageous

·         3–5 years’ Trauma leadership experience

·         Strong decision-making and emergency coordination skills
