A well-established private hospital in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an experienced ICU Unit Manager. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader with expertise in critical care and the ability to manage complex patient environments.

Requirements:

·         Registered Nurse with SANC

·         Post basic qualification in Critical Care/ICU

·         Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management advantageous

·         3–5 years’ ICU leadership experience

·         Strong communication, coordination, and staff management skills
