We are seeking a proactive and payroll focused HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure effective HR operations across the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR and payroll
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Payspace

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes
• Administer and process payroll inputs and leave administration
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
• Support training, development, and employee relations initiatives
