A family-owned farming business specialising in the cultivation, packing, and export of table grapes and citrus, is seeking a Junior Production Manager (Citrus).

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in citrus production
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture
• Knowledge of fertilisation, irrigation, disease, and pest control
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of a ±160ha citrus production unit
• Oversight of production, labour, packhouse, and quality management
• Maintenance management and farm administration
• Fertilisation, irrigation, and harvest management
