Summary
To provide a telephone-based sales or booking service, for both inbound and
outbound teams!
Job Purpose
-The Agent key role is to deliver a first-class service to our blue-chip clients
ensuring their revenue generation is maximised thoroughly.
-To provide help, advice, and guidance to new and existing customers, so that
the customer makes the right and informed decision about their account or
service.
-To be a brand ambassador on behalf of our clients.

Candidate Requirements
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
- Talking to new and existing customers regarding their accounts
- Booking appointments and completing care calls.
- Processing orders for customers
- Updating customer accounts
- Following agreed call scripts
- Updating databases with customer details
- Working towards agreed sales targets and agreed conversion
- Understanding customer needs to deliver effective solutions
- Take ownership of each and every call to maximise revenue generation
- To be passionate about providing outstanding customer services.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years Outbound Call Centre Sales
- 12 months UK Customer Service Experience
- Credit & Criminal Clear
- Grade 12
- Good Command of the English Language
- Able to work UK shifts
- Able to start immediately
