Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our hotel kitchen team. The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide variety of breakfast dishes to meet diverse guest preferences. This role requires creativity, efficiency, and a commitment to high culinary standards, especially during busy breakfast service hours. The successful candidate will ensure that all food is fresh, well-presented, and prepared according to health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages.Plan and execute the breakfast menu while maintaining quality and consistency.Ensure all dishes meet the hotel’s culinary standards and presentation guidelines.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in line with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth breakfast service operations.Manage time effectively to handle high-volume service periods efficiently.Contribute to menu development and suggest new breakfast items where appropriate.

Job Specifications / Requirements:

• Previous experience (2–4 years) in a similar breakfast chef or culinary role, preferably in a hotel or high-volume kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team-oriented with good communication and collaboration skills.
