We help teams analyse matches faster, understand performance clearly, and make better decisions using data and video. We also provide automated player highlights and social media content, allowing clubs and players to quickly generate professional clips for sharing online.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join Framesports as a full-time contractor. This is a scripted sales call role focused on running pre-booked sales calls and completing pre-written outreach and admin tasks. This is not a traditional closing, account executive, or deal-owning role. Sales experience is not required. A strong knowledge of rugby is required.

What You Will Be Doing

Sales calls (around 20 hours per week)

• Joining scheduled sales calls booked by our team

• Running calls using a clear, proven script

• Speaking confidently with rugby coaches and staff

• Asking structured qualification questions

• Keeping calls focused, professional, and on track

• Escalating anything outside the script

Outreach and support (around 20 hours per week)

• Sending pre-written LinkedIn and email messages

• Logging notes and outcomes accurately in our CRM

• Tagging lead status correctly

• Completing call prep and simple admin tasks

All messaging and outreach is fully scripted. You will not be expected to write copy or improvise.
