FERMENTATION SUPERVISOR – Durban

Must have a BSc or MTech Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology – Essential and non-negotiable. Min 5 years’ experience in Fermentation plant operations and 2 years Supervisory experience is essential and non-negotiable. Experience with the operation of fermentation plant and utilities,  adherence to the fermentation plan, productivity and quality requirements. The operation of the Fermentation (Upstream, Downstream and Field operators) plant including plant utilities. Plant procedures to meet productivity, efficiency, food safety & quality targets. Monitoring of plant parameters, reviewing of analytical results & taking corrective action. Please mail a detailed cv ASAP
