Job Title: Credit Vetting Clerk

Location: Johannesburg CBD

Position Summary:

Responsible for conducting residential credit vetting by assessing lease applications, verifying documentation, and making credit decisions in line with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team, resolving credit-related queries, and ensuring accurate administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit vetting and assessments for residential lease applications

• Collect, verify, and authenticate required tenant documentation

• Liaise with the sales team to obtain outstanding information and meet turnaround times

• Identify and manage risks during the vetting process

• Resolve credit vetting queries and provide timely feedback

• Compile and submit credit vetting reports

• Complete credit vetting administration, filing, and document scanning

• Provide general administrative support related to credit vetting

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF Level 4 qualification (essential)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit vetting

• Property industry experience (advantageous)
