We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and analytically exceptional professional to lead our insights function. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and influence.

As a Senior Lead Insights Analyst, you will own the end-to-end insights lifecycle—from shaping the insight agenda and framing critical business questions, through deep analytical exploration, to delivering compelling narratives that directly influence executive decisions. Beyond delivering insights, you’ll build an insight-led culture, mentor analysts, and set the standard for excellence in data storytelling.

✅ Strategic Insight Leadership

• Own and prioritize the organization’s insight roadmap aligned to strategic objectives
• Lead initiatives that shape business strategy and operational priorities
• Serve as the senior insights voice in executive forums and planning cycles

✅ Insight Development & Business Impact

• Lead complex analytical investigations to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities
• Connect insights to KPIs and track real-world impact
• Ensure insights drive concrete decisions—not just reporting

✅ Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across product, marketing, finance, and operations
• Deliver insights through compelling storytelling and visual clarity
• Challenge assumptions constructively and elevate decision-making quality

✅ Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Mentor and develop analysts, setting high standards for rigor and impact
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and quality assurance across deliverables
• Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence

✅ Process Improvement & Ways of Working

• Establish scalable best practices for insight development and stakeholder engagement
• Drive alignment in KPI definitions and reporting narratives

• Champion data fluency and insight-led decision-making across the organization

✅ Minimum Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
✔️ 6+ years in analytics, BI, or data science roles with a focus on strategic insights
✔️ Advanced SQL and strong commercial acumen
✔️ High proficiency in data visualization and storytelling tools (e.g., Power BI)
✔️ Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring analysts

🌟 Desirable Experience

• FinTech or high-growth product-led environments
• Exposure to experimentation, forecasting, segmentation
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and cloud platforms (BigQuery, etc.)
• Agile ways of working and BI development lifecycles
