Quest Capital Solutions, a leader in Rent-to-Own finance for movable assets in the transport industry, is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and reliable Storeman to join our workshop team, located at the corner of Gravel Road and Botfontein Road (M15), Stellenbosch Farms, Cape Town. 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming stock, parts, and consumables, recording all items accurately in the ERP system (Sage Intacct).
• Issue parts, tools, and materials to personnel, maintaining traceability and accountability.
• Conduct routine and monthly stock takes, investigate variances, and report discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions to maintain critical spares and consumables.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure store area, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with supplier deliveries, returns, urgent procurement, and support periodic audits.
