How you'll role

As a Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in aiding the analysis, documentation, optimisation, and monitoring of business processes across the banking sector. This entry to mid-level position involves improving operational efficiency, reducing risks, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and digital transformation goals. Your ability to identify and analyze process gaps, coupled with your proficiency in documenting workflows, will be key in supporting the bank's strategic objectives.

What you'll do

• Document As-Is processes using BPMN methodologies

• Design To-Be processes to meet operational and digital transformation goals

• Identify inefficiencies and control gaps in processes

• Perform process walkthroughs with business and operational teams

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

• Develop process performance dashboards and reports

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls

• Support audit and compliance requests by providing necessary documentation

• Maintain process libraries with version control

• Assist in testing process changes and UAT for system modifications
