An industry leader in the Construction Environment is looking for an experienced Contracts Director to join their team in Cape Town. If you have in depth knowledge of the Cape Town construction environment with strong contractual knowledge, then we want to hear from you.

Role requirements:

·       Minimum 15 years’ experience

·       Relevant Qualifications

·       In-depth knowledge of the Cape Town construction environment.

·       Registered as Pr.CM with SACPCMP

·       Strong knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC and NEC construction contracts.

Key responsibilities:

·       Oversee all contractual aspects of the projects.

·       Contract administration.

·       Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

·       Negotiate and manage subcontracts

·       Manage activities on site.

·       Oversee cost control and cash flow.
