An exciting opportunity exists with a Contractor based in the North West who is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. If you have experience with commercial and residential projects with an eye for detail, then this is the role for you.

Role requirements:

·       B Tech/ BSc Quantity Surveyor

·       Minimum 4-6 years’ industry experience with commercial and residential projects with contractors.

·       Experience with CCS Candy

·       Knowledge of construction contracts.

Key responsibilities:

·       Prepare cost estimates and budgets

·       Compile BOQ’s

·       Prepare accurate cost reports

·       Prepare final accounts
