Kern doel van die pos:

Bestuur en beheer van werkswinkel aktiwiteite as werkende voorman asook die herstel en diens van landboutoerusting in die algemeen.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12;
• 4-5 jaar minimum ervaring in meganisasie of motor omgewing;
• Kwalifiseerde diesel of trekker werktuigkundige;
• Geldige rybewys;
• Toepaslike werkswinkel bestuur ondervinding sal voordelig wees.

Vaardighede:

• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
• Goeie kommunikasie in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Onderhandelings vaardigheid;
• Onder druk kan funksioneer;
• Diagnosering vaardigheid;
• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede.

Verantwoordelikhede:

• Diens en herstel van landboutoerusting;
• Hantering van werkkaarte;
• Evalueer van heelgoedere;
• Opleiding van vakleerlinge;
• Tegniese bystand oor tegniese probleme in werkswinkel;
• Personeelbestuur;
• Finansiele Bestuur.

Main purpose of the position:

Management and control of workshop activities as a working foreman as well as the repair and service of agricultural equipment in general.

Minimum Requirements:           

• Grade 12;
• 4-5 years minimum experience in mechanisation or motor environment;
• Qualified diesel or tractor mechanic;
• Valid drivers license ;
• Appropriate workshop management experience will be beneficial.

Skills:

• Computer literate (MS Office);
• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Negotiation skills;
• Diagnostic skill;
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Service and repair of agricultural equipment;
• Handling of worksheets;
• Training of apprentices;
• Technical assistance on technical problems in Workshop;
