We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Human Resources Officer with a solid understanding of agricultural labour environments to support our growing operations. Operating in a dynamic farming and packhouse environment, the business places strong emphasis on people management, compliance, and sustainable labour practices.

• Manage the full HR function for permanent and seasonal agricultural staff
• Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of farm, packhouse, and administrative employees
• Administration of employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and hearings
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation, including BCEA, LRA, EE, and minimum wage requirements for agriculture
• Manage attendance, leave records, and workforce planning in line with seasonal demands
• Coordinate performance management processes and staff development initiatives
• Handle payroll inputs and liaise with external payroll service providers
• Support health & safety, housing, and worker welfare initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management
• Serve as a trusted point of contact between management and employees
