Automation Support Specialist


Role Purpose

To contribute towards business success by providing proactive and reactive cradle-to-grave support for the sustained operation of banking automation solutions. This role ensures reliability, compliance, and value delivery in line with the agreed business case and the overall enterprise automation strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Banking Technology.
• 5 years plus in automation/RPA support within financial services.
• Familiarity with banking operations (payments, compliance, risk).
• Certifications: ITIL v4, RPA platform certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
