Lopen Global Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Remote Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to clients across the UK, European Union, and United Arab Emirates markets.

 

This role requires a proactive and highly organised professional with proven experience supporting businesses in regulated or professional environments. You will work remotely as part of a growing international outsourcing team, delivering reliable, confidential, and client-focused support services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to international clients

 

Managing emails, documents, data entry, reports, and virtual office tasks

 

Supporting compliance-driven processes and maintaining accurate records

 

Communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders across different time zones

 

Working independently while meeting deadlines and service expectations

 

Essential Requirements:

 

Proven work experience supporting clients or businesses in the UK, EU, and UAE

 

Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

 

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

 

Comfortable working remotely and using digital systems

Candidate Requirements

    Essential Requirements:

    • Proven work experience supporting UK, EU, and UAE clients (mandatory)

    • Excellent written and verbal English

    • Experience in remote or outsourced roles

    • Strong organisational and time-management skills

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently

    • High attention to detail and accuracy

    • Confident using MS Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based systems

    Desirable:

     

    • Experience working within outsourcing, professional services, healthcare, property, or corporate environments

    • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles

    • Experience supporting senior managers or business owners
