Reporting to the Executive Manager: Commercial and Business Development.
4 x Reportees including 1 x Supervisor, 3 x carport administrators Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage, operate, and maintain the various car park areas and their associated services in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.• Draft car park standard operating procedures and policies.• Enforce authorized car park standard operating procedures and policies.• Supervise the functions of the Parking Office.• Manage all 4x4 and overnight parkers for subsequent statistical evaluation.• Oversee the shuttle service operations within the car park.• Log service calls with the golf cart service provider regarding the car park shuttle vehicles.• Ensure the Designa Parking System and equipment are consistently in good working condition.• Facilitate parking arrangements for large functions and promotional events.• Reconcile car park free tickets (F4s).• Reconcile daily car park cash revenue.• Ensure all revenue generated by the car park is deposited daily.• Manage payments of fines related to clamped vehicles.• Control and purchase change as required.• Liaise and consult with service providers regarding quotes and issues related to car park operations.• Arrange the procurement of car park stationery and equipment.• Approve car park purchase orders on Sage Intacct.• Handle all parking-related queries and complaints.• Investigate public complaints and queries received via telephone or email, and provide feedback as required.• Investigate all car park-related incidents involving accidents, damage, theft, or loss, and submit a comprehensive report to management.• Identify vehicles that have been abandoned in various car parks.• Liaise with the Sheriff, SAPS, and other relevant authorities regarding the repossession or collection of abandoned vehicles.• Liaise and manage E-Hailing service providers.• Provide the Financial Manager with monthly car park credit card payment records and revenue reports.• Submit monthly financial and operational reports to Car Park Executive Management.

Candidate Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification:Grade 12 (Matric).
Degree in Business Administration / Office Management or equivalent.
Code B – Driving License.
Car Park Management experience - pref airports, will consider car park management experience with shopping centres and/or office parks
• Financial Literacy.• Time keeping.• Accuracy and Consistency.• Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word & Excel).
