About the Opportunity
We are a fast-growing Australian financial advice firm based in Brisbane, Australia, specialising in retirement planning, investments, and life insurance. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our remote South African team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Client Managers.
This is a work-from-home contractor role, ideal for someone looking to grow a career in sales. Prior experience preferred – we provide full training, scripts, systems, and ongoing support to set you up for success.

Candidate Requirements
- Contact warm outbound leads (no cold calling)
- Speak with clients to understand their goals and circumstances
- Qualify clients and book appointments with senior Australian advisers
- Build rapport and deliver a professional client experience
- Accurately update notes and follow processes using our CRM
- Work towards daily and monthly performance targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, motivated, and resilient mindset
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Professional, reliable, and self-disciplined when working from home
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer
- Quiet, professional home office setup
- Ability to work Australian business hours
- Willingness to complete background and reference checks
