- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.) to generate high-quality leads
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurturing sequences, promotions)
- Develop and implement various lead generation strategies (paid ads, organic channels, partnerships, landing pages)
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, emails, ads, and websites (including copywriting, basic graphics, and video ideas)
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) alongside Google for multi-channel campaigns
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising for ROI on limited budgets
- Stay resourceful and innovative to maximise results with cost-effective tactics

Candidate Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- A genuine passion for marketing and staying ahead of digital trends

- Demonstrated results on lean marketing budgets (e.g., high ROI from low-spend campaigns)
- Resourceful and creative problem-solver

The Ideal Candidate
Experience in the insurance, legal, or automotive rental sectors and addition to working with overseas operations is advantageous but not essential – we're more interested in your track record of delivering measurable leads and growth.
