How you'll role

As a Customer Support Agent you'll be instrumental in providing high-quality service to users. You will manage customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction and operational excellence. This dynamic role will require you to troubleshoot issues, contribute to the knowledge base, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement in offering and support functions.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer queries via HubSpot and other channels with speed and accuracy

• Troubleshoot customer issues, providing clear solutions

• Escalate complex issues to Support Lead or relevant teams as needed

• Document interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records

• Contribute to and maintain a clear knowledge base

• Relay customer feedback to the Product team

• Collaborate with Account Managers during onboarding

• Participate in team meetings to share insights

• Track performance against key support metrics

• Identify and implement process improvements
