Our client is on the lookout for an Asset Associate. In this role, you will assist the Asset Management team by offering strategic, financial, and operational support aimed at enhancing property asset performance.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.

·        1-3 years’ experience in asset management, property finance, or related roles.

·        Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

·        Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to property and asset management.
