How you'll role

As the Brand Strategy, Communications & Personalisation Director, you will be a cornerstone in defining and executing the company’s strategic brand initiatives. Your role will encompass shaping the external and internal presence of the brand, leading thought leadership, and ensuring that our content is not only high-performing but also aligned with audience insights for growth. As a senior leader in the company, you will need to blend creative excellence with commercial acumen to drive both strategic and operational outcomes.

• Own and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework

• Lead internal and external communication strategies

• Define messaging hierarchies and oversee content workflows

• Lead personalization roadmap across CRM and digital channels

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated campaign execution
