How you'll role

The Account Director will act as the primary liaison for key client accounts, working closely with the Business Director or CCO to manage relationships, oversee the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, and support the achievement of commercial and creative goals. This role requires a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on management to support client satisfaction and drive organic growth across accounts.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary client contact on assigned accounts

• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

• Support strategic sessions and translate objectives into actionable plans

• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of client projects

• Monitor account performance and manage financial tracking

• Develop proposals for upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions

• Mentor junior client service team members

• Ensure rigorous project documentation and reporting
