We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide electrical engineering support across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage development through to construction and commissioning

Lead or support the design review of electrical systems for utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and other renewable energy projects

Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, grid specialists, and internal teams to ensure technical alignment

Assist with grid connection studies, network impact assessments, and compliance with NERSA/ESKOM standards

Oversee quality assurance, site inspections, and technical troubleshooting during construction

Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports
