About the Role

We are looking for a creator who knows how to write for humans and rank on search engines. 
We’re looking for a creator who can research, write, film, and grow. Someone who can produce high quality SEO content, appear on camera for YouTube and short form videos, and support their work with smart link building and growth tactics.

If you enjoy turning ideas into great articles, engaging videos, and content that actually moves metrics, you’ll feel right at home here. You will own the full content pipeline and help us grow our audience across search, YouTube, and social.

This job is remote. You will need to provide links to your previous work/content during the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

SEO Content Writing

• Write long form articles, guides, and landing page content that rank
• Build narrative angles around high intent keywords
• Research topics deeply and turn insights into clear, engaging writing
• Optimize for search without sacrificing clarity or voice
• Maintain a consistent, credible brand tone across all content

YouTube Content Creation (On Camera)

• Write scripts for long and short form videos
• Speak confidently on camera and record your own content
• Develop hooks, titles, and angles that keep viewers engaged
• Repurpose written content into video concepts and outlines
• Analyze retention and engagement to refine future videos

Short Form Content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

• Turn existing content into short, punchy videos
• Record short form clips directly (self filmed)
• Identify trends and formats that fit our niche
• Keep messaging consistent across channels

Link Building and Authority Growth

• Run targeted outreach for backlinks and mentions
• Identify blogs, publishers, and creators for collaborations
• Create content that naturally earns links
• Track domain authority growth and link impact

Growth and Experimentation

• Test new content formats, SEO angles, and distribution strategies
• Review analytics and iterate quickly
• Bring forward creative ideas for scaling audience acquisition
