Our client is looking for a technically skilled, hands-on IT professional who can provide second-level support for toll systems, Linux/Oracle environments, databases, and networking infrastructure. They want someone who can maintain system uptime, troubleshoot complex issues, and work both remotely and onsite at toll plazas.

The client is looking for a tech-savvy, adaptable, and reliable IT professional who can handle a mix of system administration, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and toll system support, with the ability to work onsite at toll plazas when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain PCI compliance and system stability

• Monitor system performance and preempt issues

• Support remote toll plaza sites with hardware, software, and network issues

• Collaborate with teams to resolve lane/plaza incidents

• Maintain inventory and submit reports

• Provide end-user support both onsite and remotely
