Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller to manage financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support compliance and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the Finance Manager wholistically.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage accurate financial records.
Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in conjuction with the Finance Manager.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to management.
Assist with external audits, tax submissions, and statutory reporting.
Support continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.

Requirements

Matric Essential
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advantagous)
Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting/ERP systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational ability.
