Key Responsibilities:

Construction Projects (Major & Minor)

• Accurately and timeously undertake quantity measurement for cost estimates
• Ensure maximum cost-effectiveness through proactive subcontractor control and budget management
• Assist site management teams by preparing and providing construction activity programmes
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor invoices/claims and process them for payment
• Work closely with the Accounts Department to compile and manage budgets

Growth & Acquisitions Support

• Assist in the structural assessment of potential building acquisitions
• Assist with preparing cost estimates for remedial and redevelopment work
• Assist with construction activity programmes for new development opportunities
• Support the preparation of tender documentation
