Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on water treatment systems including filtration, softening, reverse osmosis systems and chemical dosing.
Perform system inspection and assessments to ensure optimal performance.
Recommend solutions for system improvements.
Install and commission new water treatment equipment as required.
Provide technical support to customers and ensure high-quality service delivery. Sales Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quotations for service work
Identify potential service opportunities and upsell maintenance plans or service upgrades
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Work towards achieving service sales targets Administrative
Responsibilities:
Complete and submit job cards
Procurement of service components and consumables
Purchase order and invoice requisitions
Maintain accurate records of work performed, forecasting and service scheduling
Ensure compliance with customer site and safety requirements

Candidate Requirements
3 – 6 years experience in servicing of water treatment systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
