Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
At least 2 years’ conveyancing experience — including transfers, bond cancellations, and Deeds Office procedures
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to support the director in both office and personal administrative tasks
A proactive approach, with the willingness to take initiative and exceed expectations
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Professional, reliable, and well-organised with a commitment to quality service
