A leading manufacturer in the flexible plastic packaging sector is seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee full plant operations at our Western Cape facility. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production across extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting, and conversion departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical understanding and a proven ability to optimise output while maintaining strict compliance with food-grade and industry standards.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Trade Test/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10 years’ experience as a Factory Manager
Within the flexible packaging industry
