We are seeking a sophisticated, confident, and sales-driven International Boutique Manager to lead a high-end fashion boutique in Sandton.
In this role, you will oversee premium client service, manage boutique operations, drive high sales performance, and lead a professional team within a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate is charismatic, customer-focused, well-presented, and experienced in high-end apparel.

Location: Sandton
Salary: R18 000 – R25 000 + Commission (Up to R5 000)
Positions Open: 1
Start Date: ASAP / February
Working Hours: Retail Hours – 48-hour week


⭐ Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional service to international and high-end clients.

  • Use an outgoing, friendly, and persuasive personality to create a luxurious atmosphere.

  • Build strong client relationships and offer personalised styling guidance.

  • Lead the team by example with strong personal sales performance.

  • Ensure all staff consistently deliver boutique-standard customer service.

2. Staff Management & Leadership

  • Manage, guide, and support all boutique staff on a daily basis.

  • Plan rosters, daily task schedules, and monthly operational planning.

  • Resolve staff issues professionally and fairly.

  • Coach, motivate, and train team members to reach high service levels.

  • Organise team-building activities to improve engagement and morale.

3. Operational & Administrative Oversight

  • Oversee all daily boutique operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.

  • Perform daily cash-ups, prepare banking, and ensure compliance procedures.

  • Handle all communication, documentation, and reporting to head office.

  • Maintain structured organisation through daily and monthly planning.

4. Stock & Inventory Control

  • Oversee stock receiving, tagging, organising, and merchandising processes.

  • Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment.

  • Maintain luxury product presentation according to brand standards.

  • Prevent losses by enforcing strict stock-control processes.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain clear communication with head office, suppliers, staff, and accounts departments.

  • Coordinate operational requirements, stock movement, daily updates, and financial queries.

  • Use strong administrative and computer skills for reports, planning, and documentation.

6. Boutique Environment & Brand Standards

  • Maintain a refined, visually appealing luxury boutique environment.

  • Handle pressure calmly and professionally to ensure smooth operations.

  • Enforce appearance standards, customer service expectations, and brand values among staff.


🎓 Position Requirements & Qualifications

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) 

  • Diploma beneficial (Business or Marketing preferred, but not required)

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in luxury retail or high-end boutiques

  • Experience in apparel/fashion retail essential

  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills

  • Excellent admin skills and computer literacy

  • Professional appearance, confident presence, and luxury-brand mindset

  • Bestuur alle daaglikse boetiekoperasies professioneel en doeltreffend.

  • Hanteer kontantopnames, bankvoorbereiding en nakomingsprosesse.

  • Verantwoordelik vir hoofkantoorpapierwerk, kommunikasie en verslagdoening.

4. Voorraad- & Inventarisbeheer

  • Toesig oor ontvangs, etikettering, organisering en aanbieding van voorraad.

  • Voorkom verliese deur streng voorraadbeheer.
