Reporting to: Team lead Supply chain and customer service
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the administration of customer orders and relations including the resolution of disputes or claims of clients; the management of contractual commitments and the commercial conditions for customers; the interface with the sales force and the commercial framework; the interface with the logistical service providers and transport for the treatment of points and qualifications.
The main tasks are:
Operational:
Reviews, prioritises and processes the portfolio of orders in progress on a daily basis,
Manage back orders
Ensures that all orders received are processed correctly,
Manage the commercial conditions with BDMs and Team lead,
Follows up on new customers once set-up by the relevant manager,
Deals with any complaints, problems, quality issues or disputes,
Saves the claims of customers and manages process with head office
Ensures the update of client files, of commercial conditions and special instructions,
Invoicing to customers
Monitor customers buying patterns and follow up on stock replacements and product suggestions
Handles all regulatory requirements for export business.
Other:
Work with various departments on Customer Services related issues and programs to ensure milestones are achieved and programs are launch on time,
Responsible for managing and monitoring their customer services related information in SAP,
Ensure pricing on SAP is up to date
Conduct any ad hoc projects as requested.
Processing export orders and looking after the company's export distributors.

Candidate Requirements
MatricSAP and Export Customer Service experience
Experience with processing export orders and looking after the company's export distributors.
Dynamic with the ability to also take over the management of the e-commerce business stock management.
