Our client, a fast-growing leader in the beauty and haircare industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join their Sandton office. The company manufactures high-quality hair extensions designed for diverse Southern African hair types, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and the celebration of natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment cycle: job posting, shortlisting, interviews, verifications and onboarding

• Maintain employee files, payroll data, job descriptions and organograms

• Track attendance, leave and compile accurate monthly payroll inputs

• Manage onboarding, induction, resignations and employee exit processes

• Ensure legislative compliance (BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, POPI)

• Assist with CCMA and labour law–related matters when required

• Process expense claims and maintain proper documentation
