Compliance Officer - Johannesburg South

Must have experience with: Maintain, and renew NRCS Letters of Authority (LOAs) for all equipment.  Manage import compliance processes, including customs clearance and NRCS inspections. Liaise with regulators (NRCS, SABS, testing labs) to obtain certifications.  Maintain records of approvals, test reports, and declarations of conformity.  Conduct compliance risk assessments and escalate findings to senior management.  Prepare regular compliance reports for management on both product and regulatory risks. Support internal and external audits related to compliance and certification.  Provide compliance guidance for tenders and contracts with large clients.
