Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s time and attendance systems to ensure accurate employee records.
Oversees the issuing, activation, and control of employee access cards.
Handles payroll-related administration and supports the payroll process with accurate documentation.
Supports recruitment and retention activities, including coordinating the hiring process.
Assists with industrial relations by managing employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
Coordinates training and development initiatives to support employee growth and skills development.

Requirements:

Grade 12
BCom/BSc Degree in HR Management/Industrial Psychology
5 years' experience as an HR Officer/Generalist within the mining industry
Experience working on HR systems will be advantageous (SAGE, Biometrics etc.)
Valid Driver's License

Benefits:

Salary: R55 000p/m - R75 000p/m
Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
