The ideal candidate will have a dual skillset to handle Sales and Admin (Optimisation of orders and branch purchasing), however, if we have to choose one skillset that is critical it would be the Admin skillset of optimizations and purchasing:

Admins (Optimizations and Purchasing):

Must be a critical thinker
Attention to detail is of utmost importance
Being ‘visually minded’ is important as the optimisation task requires a critical thinker who can visualize two dimensional layouts
Being good with numbers is very important
Monthly stock take
Daily stock counts on selected items
Purchasing of stock and consumables for the branch
Uploading of purchase orders
Uploading GRN’s
Uploading reports and other required documentation for management
Upload daily laminate glass production figures.

Sales

Internal Sales
Liaising with clients to provide quotes, capture orders and to provide feedback regarding deliveries.
Weekly sales reporting
Cold Calling – for new sales
Calling existing clients to generate sales
