Job Title: Sales Executive Used Vehicles

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team focusing on selling used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the automotive industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing a used vehicle. They will be proactive in reaching out to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell used vehicles to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with finance and insurance departments to facilitate the sale of vehicles
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features and benefits of used vehicles
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized showroom to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Matric Certificate
