Vacancy Details
- SAP knowledge (will be advantage as we access Astron`s SAP system for order retrieval etc)
- Proteus knowledge (will be advantage for order tracking)
- Microsoft (Outlook, Excell and Word) experience required.
- Client Services orientated (Internal and External)
- Excellent communication skills (e-mail and telephonically, There will constant communication with Astron daily)
- Problem solver (Investigate and feedback to Astron on order and delivery queries)
- Assist with weekly Astron KPI`s in conjunction with myself.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
