Power Tool Services is a rapidly growing business with a very successful online store and retail space in Claremont, Cape Town. The business was established in 1985 and has been servicing the industry providing the best customer service levels in the industry. We are focused on doing the right thing and getting our customers the right tool for the job. We import a range of specialized tooling and only supply the best tools to our customers.

We specialize in repair and sales both in store and online and we are looking for an honest and reliable candidate to fulfil a sales function in the business.

The business has a retail side, as well as a repair side. Your duties will be to manage that repairs, parts and orders get allocated correctly as well as be knowledgeable enough to match our products and services to customer’s needs.

Working Hours:

Weekdays 8-5

Saturday & Public Holidays – Closed

Required to assist on weekend with Stock Take annually

Responsibilities:

1.        Assisting customers with queries and sales.
2.        manage the allocation of repairs, parts and orders
3.        Assist in the workshop with processes and procedures
4.        Assist in the retail space with sales.
5.        Receiving of stock and accessories.
6.        Quoting customers
7.        Merchandising of stock when required
